Pickup is by appointment only. Meter pickup appointments are available between 9 - 11 a.m., and 1 - 4 p.m. Please wait for an appointment confirmation before attempting to pick up a meter. A utility billing representative will contact the phone number or email address listed on your construction meter rental form. Your account will be billed on the 1st Wednesday of each month, and will be due 20 days later. The due date will always fall on a Tuesday.
Meter readings are due the 13th - 20th of each month, and you will be charged a fee if readings are not received. Readings can be uploaded online by filling out the construction meter monthly reading form.
Meters must be taken in for physical inspection every three months. Inspections are by appointment only, and you will be charged a fee for a missed inspection. You can request an appointment online by filling out the construction meter inspection form.
Lost or damaged meters will result in loss of deposit, or cost of repairs up the full cost of the meter. Follow these guidelines to avoid any additional fees and/or loss of meter. If you have any questions please contact us at 817-276-4200.
